The following “General Terms and Conditions” (GTC) govern the manner and rules for using the website https://yuriek.bg/
Definitions
Seller – the company "YURIEK-2001 Ltd.," with registered office at Bulgaria, v.Chuchuligovo, entered in the Commercial Register of the Republic of Bulgaria under UIC 101566098, Managing Director: Stoyan Pavlov, telephone number: 0878347151, email address: uriek@abv.bg;
Website – an address on the Internet https://yuriek.bg/, as well as all applications providing the customer with access to the catalogue of offered items at the indicated address.
Customer – any person who has visited the website and/or made use of its Services or content.
Buyer – any customer of the Website who has reached 18 years of age and has provided a delivery address within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and who has made a payment in favour of the Seller.
Profile – a standard username and password chosen by the customer and providing them with access to all goods and Services offered on the website, as well as the ability to exchange information with the Seller.
Order – a request by the Buyer to purchase goods and services previously selected by them and offered on the Website. For the avoidance of any doubt – only requests with a provided delivery address within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria shall be considered orders.
Distance contract – an order placed by a Buyer with the Seller for goods offered on the Website. For the avoidance of any doubt – individual orders are treated as separate contracts.
Services – the performance of any electronic services by the Website in order to provide the Customer with the opportunity to communicate with the Seller and/or to purchase the goods offered in the catalogue of the Website.
Electronic voucher – an arbitrary combination of letters, digits and symbols. The combination thus created is sent by the Seller to the Buyer if the latter decides to purchase an electronic voucher. The electronic voucher provided to the Customer is equal to the value of the amount paid by the latter. The electronic voucher may be used once and within a period of no longer than 1 month from the date of its issuance. When an Electronic voucher is used, the already paid voucher amount is deducted from the Order total.
Promo code – an arbitrary combination of letters, digits and symbols entitling the Customer to a fixed and/or percentage discount on the value of the Order. Promo codes are provided by the Seller to the Customer by email to the address indicated by the latter, or via a banner on the website, and are valid for one calendar month.
Free delivery – In the event of an order with a value greater than 92.03 € / 180 (one hundred and eighty) BGN, the transport costs for the order shall be borne by the Seller. Transport is carried out by a courier company to the address indicated by the Buyer.
Paid delivery – In the event of an order with a value below 92.03 € / 180 (one hundred and eighty) BGN, the Buyer shall pay for the transport of the ordered goods and services. Transport is carried out by a courier company to the address indicated by the Buyer, a courier office, or a self-service BOX.
Courier – orders placed through the Website are delivered by the courier company "Speedy", ECONT or SAMEDAY. More information about the courier company can be found here.
Receipt of order – the date on which delivery was made to the address indicated by the Customer.
Cart – a virtual list composed of the goods selected for purchase by the Customer.
Final price – all costs incurred by the Buyer in purchasing the goods, including the price of Delivery. For the avoidance of any doubt – in cases where the Customer uses free Delivery, the same is not calculated and is borne by the Seller, in accordance with these GTC.
General provisions
By these GTC the Seller, in the person of the company "YURIEK-2001 Ltd.," declares that it complies with all applicable national provisions relating to the protection of the personal data of customers and buyers and processes such personal data in accordance with its personal data protection policy, which you can find and review here.
Access to the restricted parts of the Website becomes active after registration or logging into a Profile. Registration is carried out by the Customer completing a standard form published on the Website. Direct access to the registration form can be found here.
Access to the Website may be blocked unilaterally and without notice if it is established that the Customer is abusing the content and/or the goods and Services provided on the Website.
When registering, as well as when confirming each Order placed, the Buyer confirms that they have read and accept these GTC.
All prices in the catalogue of the Website are in Bulgarian leva, for one item/pair of each displayed article.
The Seller endeavours to maintain an up-to-date price list, while reserving the right to renew or discontinue additional discounts /promo codes and games/ provided at any given time, at any time, without being required to notify the Customer of each change.
Any reduction in the prices of goods is carried out by the Seller in accordance with the principles and rules of Art. 63 – 66 of the Consumer Protection Act. "YURIEK-2001 Ltd." does (not) individualise the prices of the goods offered on the basis of automated decision-making in connection with the automated processing of personal data of Customers/Users/Buyers.
The ranking of goods according to certain search parameters set by Customers/Users/Buyers is carried out by "YURIEK-2001 Ltd." as follows:
The Customer defines criteria according to which products are displayed in the general product catalogue and, by means of a filter, may determine the sorting criterion. The options according to which the Customer's already defined selection may be displayed are as follows: Recommended, Newest, Discount%, by price – Ascending, by price – Descending.
"YURIEK-2001 Ltd." and our physical store make serious efforts to maintain the accuracy of the information presented on the Platform. The Seller complies with all requirements of applicable legislation in relation to ensuring that goods conform to their description, qualities and characteristics.
The characteristics or prices of products described on the Platform may be changed by the Seller at any time.
The Seller reserves the right to amend and update these GTC unilaterally and without prior notice to the Customer of the changes. For the avoidance of any doubt – by confirming each Order, the Buyer declares that they have read and accept the General Terms and Conditions published on the Website as at the date of the Order.
The Customer agrees that differences between the prices announced on the Website and those in the Seller's stores in the country are permissible.
The Website uses colour range data for the goods offered in the catalogue that has been officially provided by the manufacturer. The Customer agrees that differences in colour between the delivered and ordered goods are permissible, given that the colours seen in the photographs depend on the Customer's computer configuration as well as on their visual perception.
The Website accepts orders only when the Customer has provided a valid delivery address within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria
Confidentiality
The Customer/User/Buyer agrees that by providing any personal or other data to "YURIEK-2001 Ltd.," they agree that such data may be used for the following purposes by "YURIEK-2001 Ltd." (1) maintaining the account of the Customer/User/Buyer, including registering orders, sending ordered products, performing ordered services, invoicing, resolving disputes with Customers/Users/Buyers concerning their Orders or reviewing their requests; (2) where express consent is given – sending Commercial communications, periodic notifications by email or SMS; (3) conducting market research, tracking and monitoring sales and customer/user behaviour.
The Customer/User/Buyer agrees to grant "YURIEK-2001 Ltd." unlimited access, in scope and time, to any materials and information they send to the Seller through or in connection with the Platform, regardless of whether they have placed an Order and completed a transaction through the Platform. "YURIEK-2001 Ltd." has no obligation to keep information thus received confidential, insofar as this is not required of it by applicable legislation.
By providing their data to "YURIEK-2001 Ltd." (including email), the Customer/User/Buyer gives their express consent to be contacted by "YURIEK-2001 Ltd." or by third parties who are couriers, traders, partners of "YURIEK-2001 Ltd." and providers of marketing services, state, municipal or non-governmental agencies or companies in the field of insurance or financial services, where provided for by the applicable legislation, as well as other companies with which "YURIEK-2001 Ltd." may develop joint programmes for offering Goods and/or Services on the market, etc.
Ordering items
CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
An order for goods from the catalogue may be placed by choosing the option to visit the Website as a "guest" or as a registered user.
When ordering goods displayed in the catalogue of the Website, the Customer agrees to the GTC of use.
An “Order” is a request made by the customer to purchase specific items. The order is considered placed upon receipt by the customer of an automatic email with an order number.
Confirmation of orders is effected by the Customer receiving a second automatic email stating the waybill number with which the shipment travels. The Seller shall not be liable to Customers/Users/Buyers for the lack of current availability of a given item until Confirmation.
Once logged into their Profile, the Customer may place an order for one or more goods by selecting the colour, size and quantity of each of the goods displayed in the catalogue. After all the described options have been completed, the Customer adds the selected goods to the Cart by pressing the “Add to cart” button. After all desired items have been added to the Cart, the Customer must select a payment method and a delivery address within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
In the event of necessary changes to the price list of the goods offered, the Seller reserves the right to cancel orders placed, and undertakes to notify the Customer of the change and of the current price of the item ordered by them.
Despite the efforts of the Website team to keep stock levels up to date, the Customer agrees that differences between the stock levels presented at the time of the order and the actual stock levels established after the order has been placed are permissible. If the stock of one or more goods in an order has been exhausted, the Seller undertakes to contact the Buyer using the details provided in the latter's Profile. Under these circumstances, the Buyer may choose one of the following options:
The Customer agrees that saving the electronic address of a given item on the Website and/or saving it in the “Favourites” category does not guarantee the availability of the respective item, nor the period during which the item is offered in the catalogue of the Website. In connection with the foregoing, the Customer agrees that items saved in the manner described will be removed from the catalogue of the Website, with the status of such goods being changed to “Inactive”.
If a Customer orders an item whose status is “Inactive”, the Seller has the right to cancel the order placed automatically. In such cases, the Seller undertakes to notify the Customer by sending an automatic message to the email address indicated by the latter in the registration form.
In the event of a systemic technical error in the price of a given item, the Seller has the right to cancel the order placed automatically. In such cases, the Seller undertakes to notify the Customer by sending an automatic message to the email address.
Each order placed through the Website is regarded as a separate Distance contract concluded between the Seller and the Buyer. For the avoidance of any doubt – the Distance contract is considered concluded from the moment the order is sent to the Buyer.
Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed on the first working day.
Payments
Goods ordered through the Website may be paid for by cash on delivery upon receipt of the order.
Transport
Goods purchased through the Website are delivered to the Buyer by the courier company "Speedy", "ECONT or SAMEDAY
Goods are dispatched to the Buyer only after the Seller has received confirmation of the order placed. After confirmation has been received by the Buyer, the Order is delivered as follows:
The delivery methods offered are as follows:
For Orders with a value of less than 92.03 € / 180 (one hundred and eighty) BGN, the Customer uses the Paid Delivery option, the price of which is determined on the basis of the current rates of the selected courier, taking into account the weight and volume of the shipment.
For Orders with a value greater than 92.03 € / 180 (one hundred and eighty) BGN, the Customer uses the Free Delivery option.
Orders sent to an office will be held at the courier's office for no longer than 7 /seven/ days. After this period has expired, the Seller has the right to cancel the Order without expressly notifying the Customer.
For Orders placed for delivery to an address, the Customer is obliged to ensure access and the possibility of receiving the Order. If the Customer is not found at the indicated address, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the Order or leave it at the nearest courier office, where the goods will remain for no longer than 10 /ten/ days, after which the Order is considered cancelled and the goods are returned to the Seller.
Goods ordered through the Website include a “Inspection and test” option; in the event of refusal, their return is at the recipient's expense.
Cancellation of order and return of goods
For a Customer who has refused to pay for an Order by cash on delivery more than 2 /two/ times, the Seller has the right to cancel the said Order without expressly notifying the Customer.
Cancellation by the Buyer of an already confirmed Order is carried out in the following order:
Notification of their cancellation of the Order by telephone call to the number indicated in Contacts within 1 (one) hour after placing it, or by submitting a Standard form for exercising the right of withdrawal from the contract in accordance with Annex No. 6 to the Consumer Protection Act.

Notification of their cancellation of the Order by e-mail to the address indicated in Contacts within 1 (one) hour after placing it.
The Buyer has the right to refuse the Order if, during transport, the integrity of the packaging and of the goods contained therein has been damaged. For the avoidance of any doubt – if the integrity of the packaging has been compromised but no damage whatsoever has been caused to the goods, the Buyer has no right to rely on this clause.
The return of goods to the Seller is carried out on condition that the goods are in the same condition in which they were received (with all accompanying labels, without them having been torn and/or removed), and have not been treated with preparations, soiled, damaged or used.
For the avoidance of any doubt, the Buyer has the right to declare their withdrawal from the contract no later than 14 days from receipt of the Order, and must return the goods to the Seller no later than 14 days from the date of declaring the withdrawal.
The conditions and time limits for returning goods are in accordance with the requirements of the Consumer Protection Act.
With regard to goods sold by "YURIEK-2001 Ltd.," there is a statutory conformity guarantee in accordance with the rules of the Consumer Protection Act, which guarantee for the individual types of goods is aligned with the minimum warranty periods applicable to the respective type of goods within the European Union.
The Seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods that exists at the time of supply and becomes apparent within two years after supply, but no later than 14 days from discovery of the non-conformity with the contract.
Buyers have the right to make complaints regarding purchased goods in accordance with the provisions of the Act on the Supply of Digital Content and Digital Services and on the Sale of Goods. Acceptance of complaints regarding delivered goods is carried out by the Buyer on the website of "YURIEK-2001 Ltd.," with access to the form available at the following link (complaint form) or at the retail outlet of "YURIEK-2001 Ltd." within the territory of the country. The right to choose where to lodge the complaint belongs entirely to the consumer.
"YURIEK-2001 Ltd." maintains a register of complaints lodged with it in accordance with the requirements of the Consumer Protection Act and of the Act on the Supply of Digital Content and Digital Services and on the Sale of Goods.
